During the darkest months of the pandemic, I turned to a passion project: writing Waylon’s World, the story of my rescue pup’s journey to his forever home.

Waylon’s story mirrors the experiences of children in foster care—full of challenges, but ultimately about finding love, safety, and belonging.

That’s why Waylon’s World isn’t just a book. With every purchase, a copy is donated to a child entering the foster care system—bringing hope, dignity, and the reminder that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel.
